Aye they do look pretty good for a modern. I don't think I could ever stomach spending that much on one though, with those funds I could buy a real one & have a better investment as well as more fun.

Changed rear tyre and re-greased swing arm, knackered now and need a shower.
Keep the rubber side down.          Mick

Lovely day here today... a lot cooler than recent weather so had to do it... wee ride out, told the missus I'd be home in time for dinner  :whistling:  450km and a bit of a numb bum later.... got some nice vid that I'll post up when I can get it edited... scenery is lovely at this time of year.   Noticed the bike ran beautifully this run out... putting that down to the lower temps (16deg)... seem to recollect someone else commented the same?

I find they run best in similar temps to when you last balanced the throttles. Probably why it's suggested to do that twice a year.

Irish in Oz

Rear brakes on a car and the remnants of the splash plate. 14mm spanner size bolts that I was lucky to remove with 13mm.
I did the same job on a Patrol in Oz just before I left about 4 months ago everything came apart like new, this is a nightmare.
The Patrol is a 2000 model this is 2004.

KiwiCol

Could have something to do with the extra damp where the you are now?  :whistling:
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎
