I did 32miles on a push bike & my legs hurt now. Needs one more ride & it'll have done 500 miles in a year, so it gets used as much as Notty's 14

I'm sorry to say it was, but I only wear the shorts & I always have normal clothes over them.

Mountain or road bike Hooli?  I also have a KTM mountain bike that's rarely used these days... I did think about using the gel pad underwear I have under my leathers when in the 14,  but decided I get sweaty enough if you know what I mean..

The only reason I went out was to drop my bike boots at the cobblers but I took the scenic route home as it was nice to get outdoors.

Took the girl out for a dance through the hills.  2½ hrs of mostly hills n twisties. and a very pleasant thing it was too, even behaved myself (mostly) with speed too.  Lovely day here, sun out, blue sky & warm breeze blowing.
Must be nearly time for a cold one.

have a week off, hooray. today was a cloudy beautiful cool day. 28 yesterday, maybe 20 today. painted, pruned, planted, 3 days work done in one. great result. re fitted shed door, im no carpenter so cant believe it worked. had a look at new katana, not a fan, someone will post it. tomorrow is finish jobs, a day early. ride time wednesday. ricks garage for lunch, in palmwoods so very close. then off we go. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Flp7xZt40w

I woke up tired as I was up it'll nearly 3am. My reason for being up was watching the shop over the road get ramraided by idiots who tried to nick the cashpoint by picking it up by hand!

Needless to say they got nothing, but whoever had a Mitsu Shogun Pinin yesterday now has a burnt out shell left less than 1/2 a mile from the shop so they were obviously local.

ARH, off to docs in morning, then lunch at Ricks. if i die after burger i can then blame doc. yeah mate, ridiculous, no idea why people buy something like that. they do, most goes in rubbish bin.
