I do like the white Hyabusa's.
Saw this one last Sunday

sorry speedy but they are still ugly  ;)  and sorry for anyone who owns one. ive ridden and worked on a few in the past, quite a docile bike round town but a beast on an open road

I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Batkwaka

Took a Hayabusa (eye abuser) out for a test ride last year, not comfy enough for me but very nice to ride.
May the sun be warm & shining and your roads be smooth & winding.

Hooli

Too lent over for me, I know I wouldn't enjoy one.

Mine I bet the best thing about sitting on one is you can't see it from there.

Calling Mr Nitrous,      Mr Nitrous can you please report to the White Hyabusa thread, thank you.

"Eye-Abuser"  that's a cracker, not heard that before, reckon it'll be a pommy thing, they create names for everything, like the twin exhaust 14's,  they call them a wheelbarrow!
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

Stevel3

I had one but it had blue instead of red on it. I put some Helibar risers on which made it a bit better and I think I lowered the pegs as well. I had twin Yoshi carbon fibre cans on mine and had it dyno tuned. It had 191 hp at the rear wheel, plus I geared it down for quicker off the line. It was farken fast and I nearly got myself into trouble a few times. I decided to sell while I could breathe lol.

Yeah, I love them!  Always had one or more since 2004. Currently got all 3 Generations.

...the white one is similar to the one I bought recently.  An early Gen-2, 08-12, non-ABS, non-Brembo. The most powerful out of the crate Busa and a fraction lighter than later ones.

Love 'em or hate 'em, they are the benchmark for big horsepower bikes. Even when new stuff comes out with more horsepower nothing can touch a Busa for a big horsepower build. H2's etc don't even come close.

Worlds fastest modded streetbike?
Worlds fastest modded stock wheelbase bike?
900+ hp from a modded bike motor?
Dozens of other records.

Proper big bore Thug bikes.

I always like the quote "Tyson and Ali didn't win beauty contests"

A couple of my old ones...

Current ones...

I like lots of other Suzuki's, GSX14's are great, as are GSXR's, Bandits, old GSX's etc etc, but Busa's really are in their own class. Even now the only comparative rival the ZX14 is being killed off the Busa lives on and continues to develop and break records.

I tried to buy another on Monday, clean tidy Gen-1 with a dead motor, I have a spare engine ready to swap into it, sadly I got outbid.  Always happy to find a home for another Busa.

A quick 400k / 250 miles to get a coffee on Monday morning.....

It's a lot easier to change the bars, seats or pegs on a Busa to make it fit or be more suitable for the rider than it is to get any other bike do what a Busa can. Sooooo easy to cover big distances, handle OK for its size, never short of a bit of go, tough old bikes.

There are 2 bikes out to beat this record. Both Hayabusa's. No H2, Y2K etc etc gets close.

As a Gen-3 owner I follow a lot of the Gen-3 racers and tuners builds with some interest.

Chris Moore recently ran an 8.0 quarter and is trying to get into the 7's with a stock (600hp) wheelbase bike. Smashing all previous stock wheelbase records.

I'd love one for sure, alas, worst disease known to man, no money.

I'm an addict !

Don't drink, smoke, gamble, don't do drugs, don't have kids, rarely buy new clothes, drive base model cars, downsized my house... but bikes... can't resist them !

Huge amount over options to raise the bars, lower the pegs, change the seats etc.  I've always said Suzuki should have done a Busa-GT, a direct rival to the H2 SX SE but without the Kawasakis many issues,  with more relaxed riding position, taller screen and factory luggage, but as they never have, there's grown a vast amount of aftermarket options to change a Busa in that direction.

As the Busa has two top yokes, lower one connects the fork legs to the steering stem, higher one holds the bars, fitting a spacer between the two and raising the bars is very common.

... or change the higher of the two top yokes to one that takes traditional bars...

They are awesome ride for sure. Im just too old and crusty to suit one. Amazing motor. Sometimes, rarely, i wish 14 just had a couple of thou revs more with a few more bhp.

GSXKING

I've ridden them since they started, first edition was an absolute beast. They've become more controllable with each iteration. More & more power for a stock bike incredible engineering by Suzuki.
I owned a B-King for a number of years, it was a very naughty motorcycle 😈😈

Best allrounder I've ever owned 👍
