Bought myself a lift table to make life easier on the body, so I've had the ZED up on it whilst I do a few jobs. Crikey I should have bought one years ago.

The insurance company just rung me with a figure to buy my 14 back, £186 on top of the storage, collection & Bub fees. I couldn't argue that really so paid it & it's all my bike again with just another Cat N marker against it.

Bub is my mate who runs a 'man with a van' business and collected it for me, Cat N over here means write off but can go back on the road. So project 'eventual rebuild' is all good & will definitely go ahead now.

I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

That is a great result mate. You'll do her proud.
There's always room in the world for a bit more tolerance and kindness.

I'd be real happy with that!  Even if I didn't want it back that's a deal I couldn't turn down.

Minor update for this thread today, I replaced the front brake light switch again on Snotbox. The one I fitted in September had broken inside. I also finally found the L/R adjustment on the headlights so they now point forwards not just enough right to be annoying on long straights and LH bends.

Being a bloody Honda the L/R adjustment is a bolt but the up/down is a knob just to make it more difficult. Oh & being a bloody Honda it's got more neutrals than gears, every Honda I've ever ridden has been the same it's one reason I'd never spend real money on one. It decided today that I really wanted neutral every time I shifted to 6th, so I swore at it loudly till it behaved. It's just Hondas, they don't suit me rather than it being broken.

A little bit of tinkering with the aftermarket clutch lever as it didn't engage the switch on all settings, a tweak on the hugger and a software update on the monimoto
Thankfully we all like different things, and I like a modded GSX1400
