No pain, no gain! Yep, sometimes you just have to do it. And what a fantastic location - no-one for miles by the looks of it. Thanks for sharing the pics.
Do you know what, if that had been anywhere on the coast in the UK, there would have been an ice-cream van, possibly a burger van, and def. a `pay & display` car park in the shots......!

Had a great day out today. Went to Hampton Downs Raceway for the first day of a two day meeting. So practice and one round of racing. Some good tussles in most of the classes.. Quite a few lap records broken.
Highlight for me was spending the day with dad. He's always been a bike racing fan, he left home at 5am and being 86 later this month days like this spent with the old boy are priceless.
Never ceases to amaze me how many people still pay compliments to the 14.
Had a great ride home arriving 40 mins after dark under a big bright moon. Awesome !
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

People are just stunned to see a monster pipe on an otherwise nice bike.  :happy1:

What on earth is that 'Indian'? looks a properly finished Ducati Monster! I like it but if it's an Indian I had no idea it existed.

Mick_J

Its an Indian FTRS 1200, a lovely bike but it only has a 13 or 14ltr tank so you'll always be looking for fuel on a decent run.
Keep the rubber side down.          Mick

Can't see that being a problem in the UK. Still have to get a couple of hundred k's to the tank, even in Oz we usually pull up about every 180K's for sports bikes.

Never heard of it, with a proper size tank it'd be great.

l snapped the Indian because l'd never heard of or seen one.  Good looking bike.

I've just googled them & lost interest. It's got a big ugly digital bit ruining the speedo & they forgot to fit the last 1/4 of the bike over the rear wheel. Shame as it had promise in that pic.
