A 'new' CD changer for my Jag turned up today so I fitted it after work. I can now have tunes that aren't on the radio which is nice.

Today a 90 odd year old turned up at work. wanted a battery charger lead fitted to his scooter. battery hidden under front cowl. off i go to help. yeah, hes over 90, wow. his scooter is a 650cc bmw, no ordinary scooter. i obliged and said we can do it next week. of course i asked for a ride. result was, scared the crap out of me. so much power in a sort of lounge chair. made 14 a very easy ride home. in truth , i guess after getting used to it would be a very good ride. just so different. good brakes, went round corners and really moved along.

I washed & polished my Jag before using the same water to wash my 14. The old Jag shines up pretty well I think, here's quality* photo of a ladybird on the boot afterwards as an example.

So, to an unworldly antipodean, is a Ladybird the same as a Ladyboy?
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

Only a quick 302k (187 miles) breakfast run. Sadly I needed to be home before the wife's flight got in this morning.

Bunya Rd, over Mt Glorious, around Somerset Dam, Kilcoy, Neurum Rd to Woodford, Malaney / Stanley River Rd up to breakfast at Mary Cairncross Park, back to Woodford, over Mt Mee, Daybro, down Samford Valley via Mt Samson, clear Mt Road, back along Bunya Rd.

Not a bad way to spend a Friday morning. 29 degrees C and empty roads.
