Quote from: Teufel on Wednesday, 22 March  2023, 12:31 PMOn Sunday I bought an Aprilia RS250.
A mate of mine has one sitting in his garage, I wanted to buy it but it can't be road registered, don't think he'll be racing it again.

Hi Irish in Oz,

Is this in Northern Ireland? If it's in Oz I'd like to talk to him.

and no, I am not affiliated with Third Gear..  but have bought stuff online from them in the past and have never had any problems.

Bought nothing. As said in other post, offered bloke for his TL, today wanted triple its worth. Forget that one. Went shopping on phone and online for new Winter gloves. Wanted 5 brand, just nil stock in XL everywhere. Similar story in 2 other brands. Brick Wall. Got the shits. Went home, dug out 2 pairs i had, silicon spray outside, inside best i could, smell nice. Theyll do me this year. Cheap day.  :clapping:

Yesterday I ordered a Delkevic 420 tri oval slipon, so sick of the Staintune both in sound and looks. Like the look of the tri oval, can't wait to put it on.

A couple of 3m posts and some premixed concrete.

Made a start on a 14m x 14m hen pen and a 14m x 14m veggie garden. The fence will be 2.1m tall and it'll have a bird net / shade cloth top. Veggie garden will have 10 raised beds with room to get the mower between them.

I'm not busting my bones to finish it so I'll just do a bit here and there and see how it go's.

A big project Tony. Then a big project looking after vegie garden. Make that cloth insect proof as well as bird. Ask me how i know that.

Yeah, it's a bit of work. I'm from a farming family and always put plenty of work into my gardens even in the town or city. I hope to grow more of my own stuff but if it becomes a chore then 2 minutes with the wire cutters and the hens get a much bigger pen.

One of the locals has lost a couple of hens to hawks, I have a few but regularly get Wedge Tail eagles too, had 60 ducks in the yard the other morning so it's definitely getting a top of some sorts!

So far today...

1 x 3m / 125mm post.

1 x 20kg bag of Rapid-Set concrete.

1 x Can of coke and a Sausage from Bunnings.

4 x 2.4m black star pickets.

1 x take away Coffee.

1 x Bacon and Egg roll.

Some of the above may be an indication that my Mrs is away today and I've been left unsupervised with no one to feed me.
