I actually knew Don but was unaware of his health issues. I'd see him quite regularly riding his 1400 with a camera tripod strapped to his luggage rack and bag. The few times I spoke with him he seemed a decent chap. So sad to hear of his demise.

As per earlier post, in February 2021 it had hit 307k kms. I've not heard anything since then on that topic. Although the FB poster (Stuart Langfield) has more recent FB posts re. stator and fuel sender unit - no idea if for the same bike.
