At least it's gone while your fixing the other problem rather than have to sort it in a short time later.
I never asked did the bike come home in as good a condition as you left it to be recovered in.
I've heard some right horror stories of repatriated bikes .

@Hooli  Just be careful not to create clean spots while doing repairs... Really messes up the road patina  :rofl2:

my R&G copies are actually skateboard wheels. $15 total cost for front and rear. some threaded rod, some nuts n washers. just dont have R&G written on them.

the dummy bolts on my Campbell's were dropping out so ordered nice blue ones  :)

Hope they are stainless and not aluminium @Notty, else they may - note only may - melt, the end of those Campbells gets very hot!
