Our Council has decided that we all have to book online now to visit the tip...what about the people that can't do this?

I played the game last week and they have a sign board saying recycling rates, it used to be about 70%+...surprise surprise it is now around 30% and the opening times are now being reduced due to lack of use, we are governed by pure geniuses/clowns

Some councils here have stupid rules.  One council make a charge to remove furniture, fridges, washing machines from your property and they have 28 days in which to do it so you could have a pile of crap on your drive for a month and pay to have it removed.  The same council also has a rule that fly tipping has to be cleared up within 48 hours, so can you guess what happens?

£20 for fridges etc here but they tend to collect within a week. You have to put it out on the pavement though, they won't walk 2ft further onto your drive to get it.
