I'm suspecting this is a china item with a German label attached.  Does anyone know of a factory actually making these - as opposed to just the brand name?
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

They say all made in Germany Col.

Yep Chris - salt on our roads is a killer  :bugga:

Looks like a form of cancer. I can't imagine what riding in those conditions would be like. Isle of Man in May was cool enough. I had the heated hand grips on all day long.  :confused1:

Salt is an issue here but for different reasons.

When I've been buying a ute or 4x4 it's very common to see No Beach Work / never been on the beach or near the sea. I know places that have specific car washes aimed more at under the vehicles for this reason.

Today was new boots day. Sunstate Suzuki web site says all sizes in stock. Id like to try b4 i buy. Rang today, none in stock, can order in. So bloody annoying, whats printed is not real. Sure, can order online but need to try obviously. Answer is now, brand i wanted no one stocks, another shop has diff brand, very similar, all sizes to try. No wonder some shops are avoided.

Today I got a gps antenna for the boats vhf radio.  The radio has an inbuilt gps receiver but it works sometimes & not others, so that's no good to me, brought the plug n play antenna & she's a good un again.

Agree, I need new boots too, so hard to find the ones I want, don't want to buy untried. Just a hassle.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

I am lucky in that regard as I have three large chain stores nearby. All neatly lined up within a few km. Order there stuff online to ship to their store, try on and keep what I like. Pay with cash :worshippy:

@speedy1959. The boots are made by SIDI and they are called the Denver range and that's about all I can tell you about them, I can't remember what they cost either. All I know is they're comfy and waterproof.

Just a little warning about lace up boots, make sure the loops are tucked in.Few weeks back pulling up to lights, went to put foot down, lace loop had found its way around gear lever. Frantic few seconds, ended up ok. Couldve easily been disaster. First time ever happened but scared me into checking them now. New ones im buying actually have a little garage for tucking laces into.Great idea.
