Quite a few bucks there Notty, first model i think. I had 1972 H1B, think thats correct. Bored it to fit 550 Suzuki pistons, put chambers on it. Wouldnt stop or go around corners but what a motor. Total missile, chewed fuel at 12 mpg.Totally useless but was a good project.

For a while I have been thinking of getting one of these "culinary" flame torch type jobbies for work as I like the VERY controllable flame.. We get Bow screws seized into the end of Violin / Cello bows and I used to use a candle to heat up the end of the threaded rod.. It did work but took ages..
I got one of these (for work).. Not at all expensive..
After trying it the other day and seeing that even on the lowest smallest flame the bow screw glowed Red within about 8 seconds, I decided to get another one for home / Bike / Car use..
I tried in at work on a zinc plated bolt (held in a small metal work vice) and it got the bolt that hot that the zinc disapeared!!  (I had the fsn on and the door to the outside open).
Very impressed at how intense yet controllable the flame it.. Plus it starts with a click (Piezo Crystal, so no batteries)

Very cheap and very effective

I use something similar as in a chefs blow torch for when I cut laminate glass as it melts the stuff in the middle making it easier to separate without shelling the edge of the glass. Also use it for melting solderbutts when joining wires together. A very useful tool.

I run a very similar setup in one of my sheds, I use it for Lighting (4 LED strip lights) & for keeping the 2 quad bikes battery charged & also maintain 2 power packs using the USB ports.  I'm using a 100w panel & a 40amp MPPT controller, the setup does it all easily.  Happy as with mine.

Looking at yours Jeff, I'd say you have spare capacity there as well.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

Exactly about the same here Col, Chinese controller and the panel I think is from the States.
Just testing on the bike I bought it for the boat my main power user away from dock is the fridge.
