Just like to say hello Just started with this group/forum. Am finally back on a GSX1400, should never have sold my previous one but there we have it. Been reading through the post on brakes and pads, was interesting as my bikes brakes are pants.  I have changed out the existing hoses for stainless braided and new fluid. Better but still somewhat lacking so am going to change out the pads for EBC Sintered HH on the front and EBC FA on organic the back.
Will see where that gets me, after that I am probably a bit stuck on what's next lol.

The problem with retirement is that you cant take a day off

Welcome @Benny65
Regards your brakes, it may well be that some of the pistons are sticking on your calipers, and/or the calipers need a good clean to get the brake dust off.
This thread tells you how you can clean your calipers https://gsx1400owners.org/forum/index.php?topic=237.0 so may well be worthwhile doing.
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Welcome Benny65.
Make sure your rear brake pedal pivot is clean and lubed. They can get quite dry and notch.
Good to have you along
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.
