Thats not supposed to happen Hooli, hope you weren't distracted by fluff on the footpath.

I can neither confirm or deny if a very tidy blonde in a tight grey dress was walking in the vicinity of the accident or not  :whistling:

Can you also neither confirm nor deny,  the shade of lipstick, the presence or not of eyeliner and approximate dimensions?   :stir: :whistling:
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

Short, thin & no idea on lipstick as I treated to a rear view.

Just to update the state of my 14, I had to get bits out from under the seat today so I shoved the spare key in to see what'd happen. The clocks still work & she fired straight up. That's damn good news as I was worried about losing my mileage if the clocks had broke.

Then I replaced all the brake pads on the Sprint, that's still awaiting the rad & oil cooler coming back so I still can't use it. One of the front pads had corroded to the caliper so bad I had to carefully hammer a screwdriver down the back of it to break it free. The rear pads were best though, even though the place had seen them when they changed the rear tyre it passed the MOT with about 1/4mm on one of them as the caliper had stuck on it's sliding pins. Thankfully the pistons were all free & worked fine afterwards at both ends so they just got cleaned & pushed back.. I get the feeling it's been stood for ages from the little bit of history I've got with it & the way some things are.

Good news about the 14 Hooli.
Pleased you only have to buy one brake pad thats a saving. Looks like its only just touched metal to metal  Hard to believe it got an MOT.
We are pretty lucky down here we don't have to deal with the salt environment that corrodes and rusts every damn thing.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

I'm glad too, as to bleed the brakes correctly needs a special cable & software that costs about £80 in total. Without that you can't bleed the ABS block you drain the system.

I'll get it eventually, just not yet.

Bought these off a 6k mileage 1400 - I have lowered Hagon Nitro's on my 14 to help with my short legs, however recently riding more B roads and country lanes and the Hagons bottom out quite often jarring me - have tried adjusting numerous variations but shorter piston stroke is the problem hence these replacement schocks  :)
The older I get the better I was
