It's a bike Steve traded in but because it's not pre 1990 he didn't want it. At $1500 I thought ... why not? It's a '96 model 1200, maroon colour, has good tyres, no rego, sounds good, rides good and looks good because it's not black. I'll know more when I pick it up on Monday.

Today i tried to buy a battery for my long serving chinese drill and polisher/grinder machines. Yeah , just chinese but have been thru hell. They both still work perfectly after around 10 yrs. Have polished every item on 14 with it, drill has done so much work. In the bin i guess, time for something new. I hate throwing out what works. Im still looking for battery,local battery place will re pack for $120. Alibaba will supply for a few bucks each, have to buy 500. Off to Bunnings for new im guessing, throw old in bin.

If you  find yourself quite attached to your drill, Check out one of the RC hobby shops in your area. They''re normally quite adept at repacking batteries. And fabbing up higher amp innards to fit your case.
