Didnt buy but found amongst collected stuff on my bar. Must be getting on in years, the good old now gone ORG.I must get onto sewing on a jacket, cant rush these things😎

Teufel

I took delivery of a 1290 Super Duke. Akra system, YSS shock, steering damper and fork cartridges, Frando MCs and a few other bits & pieces. I traded it for my Huskie Supermoto. Needed a bit of TLC, but that's done now so it's Queensland Raceway tomorrow for shakedown.
Can't wait. If I can still fit into my leathers that is.

Oh yes! I've had tyre warmer failure before and it's disastrous.
So stupid.
I didn't realise what went wrong so I went out a couple of weeks later and fell off again.
Fortunately a couple of weeks after that my good lady said I don't think the light is working on the front tyre warmer, otherwise it would have been 3 crashes on 3 consecutive track days.
What a numpty!

A bit of retro...$6 from Trade Me, bargain!

Expensive now Pommeroy. I grew up a newsagents son. I had every magazine, UK, USA, Australia, a room full actually. I knew every bikes facts by heart, top speed, 1/4 mile etc etc. That was around 1967 to 1975,obsession I guess. Today I still crawl the net, only two mags left, both 1977 Darmah tests, I love Suzuki but Darmah was 15 yrs of love/ hate.Amazing bike.

Mr Gee

Just bought the next twelve months road tax.  :onya:

It's gone up again.  £125

14 Brain (450 x 600).jpg

I saw a cheap one on ebay so got it, it'll go in the slowly growing pile of bits (very slow as it's the first bit) to rebuild 14 eventually.

Well done, these are nearly unobtainium
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Only £100 too, so a result. Seems later ones are easier to get, breakers over here sell them as part of a K5 onwards lockset as you'd obviously need them to match the key.

I'm just glad I'll never need to source a K4 ECU.

TBH if I hadn't found one for ages I'd have gone with a late lock set & loom to end up with an odd hybrid.

Hooli

I've gone mad, K2 loom & LH switch gear on the way too. Can't see a RH switch gear, but I'll keep an eye out as they turn up occasionally & there's no rush yet. The RH switch gear is the last K2 only part I'll need bar side panels. But as I'll probably be painting it they could always go body colour anyway so won't matter as much.

KiwiCol

Is the mileage not stored on the ecu?
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎
