Nope it's in the clocks.

As per this, the original clocks plugged into Mk2 that's done about 46k to test them.

Only £100 too, so a result. Seems later ones are easier to get
When I was looking, nothing under 800AUD or so for K2-K3 ecu's online, none of the aussie breakers i spoke to had any.  Later model ones do seem to pop up more frequently. Glad it wasn't that in the end.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

I played pie roulette...

I went to buy a pepper steak pie for breakfast.
They'd sold out so I went for a chunky beef pie.

I'm pretty sure I got a beef and mushroom pie.
It was really nice though.

Need to go back as I spotted curried sausage pies there too.

Oh dear God no Tony...I love curries, pies and sausages, but they should never be in the same recipe.
There's always room in the world for a bit more tolerance and kindness.

That last pie would be interesting, from reading it it sounds like too many things in it, but ya wouldn't know till ya try it.   Report please Tony, once you've given it a crack.

14 Brain (450 x 600).jpg

I saw a cheap one on ebay so got it, it'll go in the slowly growing pile of bits (very slow as it's the first bit) to rebuild 14 eventually.

If you're doing a full rewire, have you seen the stuff on caferacergarage.com
Haven't looked closely, so not sure if would be suitable for you but looks interesting.  :onya:

I hadn't looked no.
It'll be standard electrics & such, it's just there's so many wires torn out of the old loom & the battery terminals etc cut off that it's much easier to start again than repair it all.

Passport photo's... $22.99
AU Passport application... $422.

Same for my wife, so a total of $889.98.

Now due to stupid rule changes that have caught out quite a few folk I need to renew my UK passport too.

The UK have decided that it should be a lot cheaper and easier to enter the UK for a foreigner than for someone who was born there with citizenship.

Much as I'd like to tell them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine, it's to my advantage long term to go along with it.

Hopefully I'll get to use one of the passports later this year, preferably the Aussie one.

Edit: I'm quite passionate about my 5k / 3.1 mile timed Park Runs on a Saturday morning. I've done around 115 so far. I notice that Singapore has 5 there. I've often thought about a stop over there and a look around.  Walking outdoors there the humidity really hits you, even by Aussie standards. Run for half an hour in high heat and humidity, what could be more fun!

Those Isis widows in Syria that want to come back to Australia all got new passports I'll bet they never paid for them. 😵💫

I saw where a couple, dual citizens, had booked/paid $35 g for world cruise ending in UK. New passport law, can't get it in time.Cruise departs without them but with their dollars. You would think a bit of compassion from cruise company but apparently not. They also miss some huge family gathering that's been planned quite a while.
