Anyway her indoors kitted me out with new shoes, trousers,shirt, tie etc, we are off to a wedding on the weekend, in one of those big fancy castles you see on TV. I hope they have draught Guinness.

Today I spent a few more hours working on the b/w gsx1400
so it's slowly making progress I'm still hopeful I'll get it on the road before the end of this year .

Washed and polished my car in an attempted rain dance of sorts. We are desperate for rain.

Later tonight I'll complete oil and filter change on GSX, 140,000km service

Started painting the house on Sunday.
Painted a bit more after work on Monday.
Painted a bit more after work today.

Bloody Hell, it's going to take ages!
Although probably quicker if I stayed off the bikes a while.

Tonight we decided to get rid of swimming pool. 20 yrs of great fun. 6 grandkids have learnt to swim in it. Pool and deck need too much dollars. Will be a huge project to get back to lawn area. I will surely miss it on hot nights/days. I wont miss the maintenance/cleaning.

Yesterday's meeting with my heart / lung specialists. After much discussion and previous life style and history it was recommended that.....

# I take time off and ride my motorcycle.

# Run at a much slower pace and progress my times very slowly.

 # Go back to Thailand and sit on a beach for a week.

She just had her pay rise and bonus.

I celebrated my 59th birthday  today with my Mum and Dad, some lovely gifts and a cake. My partner is on holidays in UK unfortunately, spoke to her from Sligo in Ireland this morning on Wattsapp. The miracle of the interweb thingy.
