VERY proud of my (step) daughter.

One of the highest at her school, got given a grant to sign to a specific uni before she even got her school grades. Did REAL well at uni, finished her law degree early and did French and Spanish at the same time.

After uni she did a placement with the federal police to complete her degree, now she is possibly the only graduate in AU to get a current internship with the United Nations / Cambodian Government in Cambodia at the Khmer Rouge War Crime trials.

She was supposed to be there for 3 months but they have asked her to stay for 6.

Hopefully in July or August we will fly out and see her there. (Nothing to do with me wanting to see the Tomb Raider movie temples, honest!)

She certainly follows her mother in her passion for a legal career! Her mother is over a legal team of 6 others overseeing a $70-billion investment fund.

I'm not short of legal advice but it's hard to win an argument against them!

LOL, I actually DO get pocket money off my wife! My wages are less than she pays in tax! so she gives me some "pocket money" for fuel, going out, holidays etc. Not what I expected at 54 but I'm not complaining!!

yeah, mine pretty good also. gave me amazing grand kids. last thursday drove me to the footy at suncorp. payed tickets, even bought me a beer. makes it worth while. very proud dad.
