I've had over 42 addresses; I'd like to move again but her indoors has had enough.

Put up some Christmas lights.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Today I fired up my new, to me at any rate, 1400.

The last time she saw the spark of life was the year Eyjafjallajokull also decided to come up for some air - I think the two events will be etched in my memories for a long time, one because I couldn't get home from the States for bloody weeks and the other because of the absolute pleasure I got when she fired up into life and purred away, gently warming up from her long sleep in her new home -Roll on summer, the Alps awaits!!

I like to give a bike a run on my birthday.
Not a big day, a lazy local 428K's / 265 miles.
Lots of stops for food, drink, pics, playing with the settings.
Absolutely loving the bike, it's ideal for me.

14s are perfect in the Alps, I used to love mine around there.

to channel Sir David Attenborough: "and here we see the mighty Hayabusa in its native habitat, resplendent in full plumage and stalking its prey, typically Kawasakis  Hondas and Yamahas".

Lent my car to Grandson last week, not a problem, gets new one tomorrow. Parking infringement in letter box, just paid his $90. At least he filled the fuel tank.

Kiwifruit

Good grandson Grog !!  :clapping:
Got a $60 parking fine myself recently. I figured the City Council would be short of Parking Wardens.....

Absolutely beautiful morning. Couldn't ask for better bike weather. Just perfect. Low 20 C's, dry, sunny, empty roads.

I'm supposed to be retired, but the reality is I have less time or energy than I ever did when I had a job. 1001 projects from building to water tanks to landscaping, fencing, mowing, new pup etc etc etc.  When I had a paying job it was easier to get a day off!

The only thing I have in my favour is when I do get any free time to good roads start at my doorstep.
