One day I'll have a bench that can have stuff like that hung off it.

A good purchase Col, $400?

They're around that price here, bit more.  However it was gifted to me, really stoked with it.

A really solid old french manual upright pallet truck, 2 ton lifting capacity, weighs about 200kg. Had it loaded for me and now wondering how in the hell do I get it off my trailer lol

Took my wife to a meeting in the city. 3 hours each way.
Had a walk around the shops whilst she was there.

I think that Grass tree will see you out Tony, they grow like 3mm per year, the ones we see around here that are 3feet tall are 100's of years old.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

I don't doubt it.

I'm planting Bunya nut trees too, but there's no hope I'll ever see a nut from them either I guess.

The planting is a bit of a mix.  I'm trying to steer more towards native plants, but also some areas are going to be predominantly wild life friendly, I'm planting She Oaks for the Cockatoo's, Grey Gums and Tallowwoods for the Koalas etc.  The area around the house will be more ornamental, and a seperate fruit and veg area.  At the moment it's pretty much a big blank canvas.

There is a very good horticulturist who lives and works locally. She's going to spend a couple of hours here (I'll pay her) and talk me through my options, what is and isn't suitable and general advice, drought resistance, wind breaks, etc.

I pushed some bulbs in a area my mower can't do in the front paddock a while back, spotted a heap have sprouted and a couple are in flower.

Judging by the garden in the background it could be used as a fancy hedge trimmer....
