I made my own light board a while back, just cross hairs on a white board.  You can see where the centre is on dip & high.   Set the bike to the regs & you're sweet,  - unless, you go for a WOF at Avon City Suzuki, because they will want it WRONG!! and won't issue a WOF until you get it like they want.  :furious: :furious:   Just did it & changed it to correct as soon as I got home.  :onya: NEVER gonna use those useless assholes ever again.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

I don't even use tape, I just aim main beam at a wall & see if it's the same height as the bike.

That chart is an impressive rip off, who had the cheek to make that price up I wonder?

I posted recently, 14 headlight adjust screw lost its grip, fitted 7mm lock nut, all good. To adjust, just sat behind cars, needed low beam at bottom of rear window of car in front. Took a few goes, got it right, then high beam is perfect. Just my way. Maybe better in LED complete drop in units, no idea. H4 globe i have now is far away best ive used, tried lots. Phillips Racing Vision GT200. Still just 55 amp, amazing light.

Just to pass their rules Kiwi, doubt itii get used. I agree on yout method. Mine easier, lights on full beam, walk up to light, finger on body where it is, walk away 5 metres, check where its shining on body, trousers etc. Should be same height.
But if you're wearing $500 trousers it's kinda the same thing....
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Today my f pads and caliper seals arrived. Calipers getting more and more coats of paint. Not in a hurry, ill get there. All new bolts, all up around $220 including fluid n paint. Pretty good i reckon. I was going to do radial/ monoblock conversion, cost was way too much. Im happy to keep stockers.

2 double fly screen doors.  Been on order for a while but finally turned up won't need them for a while but in Summer they might be useful.

I like dual purpose screens. The fine mesh keeps the flies out and the larger mesh keeps the crocs out.
Looks like a nice undercover area Tony   :onya:
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Looking at Repco site today, just need new rubber grease. A 500g pot listed at $18 thousand. Snapped it up. :laugh:Maybe they should proof read their site. I found it funny. $10 should cover my real purchase.
