Well, I haven't bought those today, but actually got them a couple of weeks ago; So I've got a little bit of time to 'road-test' them -- And I can say they meet expectations :-)
(and this is good news, as this is not a cheap piece of kit :-)  )

KiwiCol

your back tyre looks awesome too . . .     Irish would be proud of that!
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

But that's a race pattern shift  :whatever:

I was looking at it from above - that is 1 is forward and the others are back .

Anyway its the right number of gears not like one of those Yamaha thingies....

Had my front end fitted with Hyperpro progressive springs a couple of weeks ago and saturday had the rear springs replaced with Hyperpro's on the original skocks. huge difference, complete different bike now. Hyperpro has great goods indeed.

Roughly how much do you think it cost Mac ?  ???

I've got uprated springs in the front with heavier oil, plus lifter kit under rear shocks. I never considered just changing the spring rate. I may look into that if it's not a BIG spend  :onya:

Irish would only dream of a tyre looking like that  :stir: :stir: :stir: :stir:

Today i've forked out for a cheap Puig screen, just to see what its like. I've heard various reports as to how effective they are... thought i'd see for myself

[/quote] Front was €150.00 and rear also €150.00. Don't know what oil they put in the front though, had seals and springs done at the Hyperpro workshop. Great service there, you can pop in and they will adjust your springs at no costs.

Sods law, lol. i was in two minds about getting one, tbh. i like the looks of the bike without, but was interested to see what protection it gives on motorways more than owt.

Oh blimey, wish i`d known - i`ve got a Black one in my garage collecting dust, free to anyone wanting to collect it. The seller gave it me when I bought my `14, thankfully it wasn`t fitted so I didn`t have to waste time removing it! Its in really good nick as I recall.

I'm still trying to work out how there is no tread in the middle, I only wear the sides out.

VladTepes

Sadly I mostly wear the middle out - commuting will do that.

Tally

Today I have just bought a set of front and rear brake pistons and seal kits as the front pads are dragging again and as I'm having the wheels out as well for new tyres I might as well service the rear brake while I'm at it, nip the chain up when I'm done as my M.O.T. Inspector said it needs doing which means only one thing, sometime in the near future a new chain and sprockets will be required. I had a look at the old tyres to see what date was on them and I was quite shocked as I didn't think they were that old . The front read (3010)& rear (3011) ooops.

I found rear wheel bearings on sale in local shop, quality japan product. Two pcs for 6€, 60/28 NR bearings, fits our bikes when metal ring is removed
