Nice Hooli, but when do you buy the rest of the bike? Only half a swing arm on this one?  :stir: :whistling:

I know but at least it's got a dashboard not a TV screen. Besides the huge ugly can hides the missing bit pretty well  ;)

OD 42mm, ID 39mm. 34mm is ID at the end where headers connect to collector.

I put a deposit down on a retirement plan for my 14, once this turns up next week & is taxed for April I'll retire my 14 to be a toy. The ugly Givi shite can come off & I'll clean it up a bit.

The new toy is a 2014 Triumph Sprint GT, with just 28k miles on. I'll soon cure that  It's the first bike I bought since the Pan in 2012, so I try to get something that will last when I do buy something.

After seeing this I'm sorely tempted for one of these too, the good lady missus has indicated a more comfy tourer would see her out omas plonk more often.  So I showed her this and it got a nod.  Still thinking about a BMW1250 though....
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

I was surprised how comfy the saddle was, I was expecting to be sitting on an ironing board & rule it out for that. I only sat on it for five mins, so can't give a full opinion but I don't think it'll much less comfy than a 14 if at all. Pilly wise I'll have to ask someone to try, I know the rider has slightly less leg room so I'd expect the pilly to be the same.

You could check on https://cycle-ergo.com/ and see what the differences are for any bike.

Not been near the bike for a variety of reasons this last year (not that anyone could use them for a while 🥺) but I'm pulling the side cases off this week, can't decide between paint or polish, also bought these for up front. 😁
If you are going to run out of fuel, do it in your garage.

It's only a short walk to the kettle.

Got a new pare of Irwin wire strippers on the way as my old ones went MIA.
No doubt they'll turn up just after the new ones do.

Have to say @Eric GSX1400K3 I love my R1250GS, without a doubt its the best bike I've owned, immaculate handling, very comfortable for touring and very versatile.

Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Mliv let me know after fitting these if you notice any performance increase if you could.
They are larger in ID over stock pipes, so should help make more HP and/or torque past mid range revs.
I see the Delkevic 4 into 2 collector are the same dimensions as standard so there would be no gain there, only cosmetic if the stock ones are rusted out.
The only other gain over stock would be cans.
While not the same as fitting Akra's the $ are a lot less and there should be some gain to be had.

SFC, 34 is smallest part into collector. About $400 for headers, not a bad price. Cant remember stock size into collector. Think i saw it posted but not finding. Is 34 going to open up exhaust, its the throttler, link pipe, collector and can are ok.
