Hooli, a great motor to build. Get it balanced, they sure vibrate. Loctite every part that bolts to bike. If its zener Diode, Podtronics i think from memory, replaces all that rectifier stuff, makes it reliable. Nice bikes to ride just not long distance.

Hooli

It doesn't vibrate too much when running well, so might have been done in the past. I know all about locite, when I bought the bike it'd be stuck together with a combination of stripped threads & silicon!

I've got a Boyer powerbox, that replaces the zener. It also allows it to run batteryless, but I prefer a small battery in the circuit or it fouls the plugs at idle.

As for comfort, it's not standard & won't be standard. I'm changing the current seat, mudguards, electrics box & rear sets to make it more comfy & so forth. I've not decided exactly how yet, I'll plan it as I go along.

I DO have to grow old, I DO NOT have to grow up.

Hooli

Oh a standard one, mine will look a bit different. I'll keep an eye out for that when mine is on the road.

I'd agree with you on the Triumph clothing - excellent quality for the price.

Best allrounder I've ever owned 👍

Decided that my Triumph didn't have enough lights on it (LOL), so added the Barkbuster lights to the handguards. Enough now.

If anyone ever suggests "Sorry mate didn't see you", I'll lump 'em

This week we've been told we MUST wear a face covering at all times when on-site at work. I've got to be on-site for 8am tomorrow, think this is acceptable?

(I work in a hospital btw)

KiwiCol

Yep, for sure.  Have your T shirt say Covid 19 survivor.
