Duck tape must be a lot cheaper than Duct tape.  :stir:

It's a brand that the place I normally go sells.

I am aware of the two brands but to save 99p you would have to look closely at the pricing.

No the 99p was the cost of the rubber sleeves over the levers that'd started to split so got duck taped together.

Picked up a set of oxfords yesterday and will fit them over the weekend, I've fitted a couple of sets for friends, but never actually ridden with heated grips myself. As I've now clocked up over 1600 covid kms and feel this self delivery thing may go on for a while yet,and it's getting colder I thought they may a be worthwhile addition, looking forward to trying them out .

Once you have them Steve l think you will surprise yourself how often you use them.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

All fitted up, won't ride until Monday, but they work a treat.

How bloody good are these things,              6 degrees when I left home up in the hills this morning and I had to turn them down to 50% after 2 ks

yep, hooked, must admit though I haven`t ridden in freezing cold weather  since the mid 90`s when I used to ride to the city daily, rain, hail or shine on my K100, and I could be wrong, but I dont think heated grips were a thing back then.

grog

Id like to find ice grips for our Summer.  :)

Wait till you get caught in the rain, they are the best way to dry your gloves as you ride too.

steve porter

I try to avoid the rain, but yes will get caught at some stage
