GSXKING

Bought the Michelin Pilot Road 5's on special. Fitted my very clean white wheels again tonight and my gunfighter seat.  :hat: :hat:

My tool collection is high quality (previously owned a Snap-on Tool Franchise) not that I do much with it.  :whatever:
GSXKING 3:^)

Best allrounder I've ever owned 👍

I've just ordered another front tyre. Seems 11k is too much for a Angel ST, it went slick about 1k ago on the ride home...

Brilliant tyre until that point though, much nicer than PR4 GTs when pushing on especially in hot temps. Plus lasted a lot longer.

What? More of those?  Lot of magpies round your way that keep pinching them?
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

KiwiCol

Today I brought a Tap & Die set, 6mm - 12mm.  Yesterday I brought some heat shrink tubing. The other week I brought a set of aftermarket levers, brake n clutch, thought they'd come from China, but no, Germany. Arrived yesterday & I fitted 'em on today. All working as it should. I did notice the wee brass bush on the clutch lever is very worn & this bike has only done 36,000k.  Anyone know if ya can get a new one?

Perhaps I needed a spare spare spare set for somewhere?
There is the possibility I already have some somewhere.

I very rarely use a torque wrench, but have you noticed how many different drives and scales they come in ? Must check them out.

Wouldn't hurt to have some spare JIS screwdrivers though would it ?

Mmmmm..... tools.....

Today i tried to buy a battery for my long serving chinese drill and polisher/grinder machines. Yeah , just chinese but have been thru hell. They both still work perfectly after around 10 yrs. Have polished every item on 14 with it, drill has done so much work. In the bin i guess, time for something new. I hate throwing out what works. Im still looking for battery, local battery place will re pack for $120. Alibaba will supply for a few bucks each, have to buy 500. Off to Bunnings for new im guessing, throw old in bin.

18v or 12 ?

I have an old 12v one and I hate to throw anything away. I've stuck a long lead on it and it's run off any big 12v battery, my Ute, Car, or just a spare bike battery. Not quite cordless but more mobile than a mains one.

I think you can often open the packs somehow & find standard sized cells inside so you could rebuild it. It's normally only the case that's custom to the device.
