Not a carb fan at all. Having said that, I do have a good daily helping of carbs in form of PORRIDGE. Oats are one of the best ways to get your carbs!

My progress is as follows
Dec 2017 blood readings 106
Jan 2018 blood readings 102
April 2018 blood readings 54
July 2018 blood readings 47.
Normal is 43-53
My weight is down to 13st 4lb (94kg)
From 14 stone 8lb.(85kg)
Next step in a couple of months if results are in the same range they are going to reduce my medication .

I mainly went cold turkey on sugar and a low carb diet to get my results as low as I could as quick as I could .the docs are very happy .

Well done Seth. On track with deleting sugar, imo is 90% of the prob. My weight has stayed off, good readings, one diabex a day. Eat whatever, just not sugar stuff.

Just medication for me and they are speaking about reducing it at the next check up in 3 months.
