Skin cancer scourge

Well unfortunately I've had to have another skin cancer removed from my face. Being a truck driver for the past 30 years and being exposed to UV rays on the right side of my face and arm I've developed a few and dealt with them. I switched to long sleeves many years ago and haven't experienced any more on my arm.
The last few years I've insisted on window tinting on drivers window but the past is catching up. Luckily I have an exceptional GP who is also a surgeon.

Unfortunately this isn't my first and certainly not my last I believe, there's a price to pay for living in a sunburnt country.
I'm very cautious now and take preventative action as much as possible.

My skin cancer is operated 3 times from face and 2 times from places they can't see the sun.

My Mate from golf has had over 120 cut out. Hes now 67, first one at 21. He still looks ok.
