I did a 254 mile round trip with 2 mates to see a tiny part of Hadrians Wall at a place called Cawburn.

I also did 230 miles on a tank full, and shes still showing 2 bars.
I reckon on a run and the way I ride, I could get 250 miles !!
Pretty warm and humid even with a Mesh jacket..

They seem to have worked out that I'm no threat and that the dogs not a problem if he's inside the garden fence.

Is the fence not to protect the dogs.

Maybe if we had Roo's here.  Seen a few but not common.  Heaps of Wallabies which is what's in the pic.

That's what I call the Normie Rowe move by the guy.

Roos have been known to disembowel dogs etc when they kick like that.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Good video, brave Man. I watched two Skippy kick on, took 4 hrs b4 one up against tree, other then kicked him to shreds.

The Romans made a longer trip to get there...
Ottomans: 'Hippity hoppity, Vienna's our property"
...and then the Winged Hussars arrived.

Hooli

Yeah but what did they ever do for us, while there?

GSXKING

A dead pelican ☠️
It was at Port of Brisbane migratory birds roost.
They must taste bad (bottom feeders 💩) not even crows ate the corpse. I rang and reported it, they collected the dead bird within hours.

Migratory birds that have flocked to Port of Brisbane roosting areas are obviously preparing to return from whence they came. Huge flocks are practising take off and landing.
The largest I've seen is approximately 80 pelicans aloft looking like B52 bombers overhead. The geese are also very large but lesser numbers.
I'm surprised there aren't more bird strikes on trucks.
It's fascinating that they roost in such a industrial landscape. :8:

I wish our migrator, Eastern Koel, would take off. Calls 22 hrs a day, drives us crazy. Used to come November, August this year.

In the end I filled up at 241 miles.. She took a whisker under 20 litres to re brim..
Very pleased with such a decent range.

grog

Pretty much same as mine Speedy.

Hooli

Best I've done is 250miles before I chickened out.

Last time I rode with another 14 she was getting just over 56mpg from hers, so about the same. Must be the excellent mechanic that looks after both of them (me  )
