Only because you can't keep up  :stir:

nah, the rearview mirror on the BMW vibrates too much, so their ass cheeks get blurry, or is it the HD suspension?
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Went for a little ride today, had a physio visit couple of days back.Daytime temp not at all warm, just on 17. No cramp LHS, tiny bit rhs, stays like that I'm happy. Have ordered footpegs for engine bars and gel seat cover 35 mm higher.🤞🤞

Care to share the link for gel seat Grog?

Rode about 400kms yesterday, was ok. Mate on his GS is short enough to let his legs dangle and they dont touch the ground. If I did that I'd wear my boots out in 5min.

Yeah they get the nods but just experimenting with a bit of lift for me. For comfort a sheepskin, I've had same one over 40 yrs. Eric, keep an eye on marketplace, some people really don't like airhawk, one near me $75 used once.

Never used a sheepskin cover, but I now travel past a shop most days that does them. I really should call in there some time.

Maybe the air mesh could also assist Grog.  I had one on my B/W and still got one on the Yam 700 quad.  The rocket doesn't need one, it's comfy as it is.   Think Eric has a mesh seat cover as well these days.

Can imagine what it'd be like sitting on a full sheepskin after it's been sitting out in the rain all night on an away trip. Least with vinyl you can wipe it dry.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

The sheep skin is usually easily removable Col. I also used it for warmth or a pillow when I used to camp at rallies when I was much younger of course 😳😳
I still have it in the cupboard a bit like a security blanket 🙀

yes, ive got the "windrider" 3D printed mesh cover on the 1402's seat, plus also on the BMW.  Comfy, allows airflow through, but Id like a touch more height and padding. My idea is to try an airhawk under the windrider mesh cover. Will have to check marketplace, thx for the tip.  Maybe a sheepskin one day, theres a place near me that does all sorts of sheepskin products, might try them, see what they say.

So thanks Tony, I never look at Hondas, just no idea why. Looked at CMX1100, might be what I want.Plenty of good reports, comfy stretch out,can even upgrade motor to more power, not much less than 14.  Forward control kits available. Honda quality, did some phone calls but none local to ride.Watch this space😎

DCT, Bagger or SE Grog?

Parallel twin motor from their Africa Twins.

I was picturing a more feet forward type cruiser
