Hi all,
I have a K7 with a Yoshi 4-1 that was a dealer fit in 09.
The prob is the main stand stopper is missing and rubs on the swing arm.
I have asked the dealer who can't get one and the Yoshi Australian importer also with no luck.
Does anyone know where I can obtain a main stand stopper?
Thanks guys

I know it's only a suggestion. I've used a door stop before. And painted it black. Not perfect but stops the rubbing short term.

Do you mean the stopper in the plate the goes above the mainstand (i.e not the exhaust). I do happen to have a spare one, which I'm happy to post to you but it will take a week or so to get down under. Brian's suggestion (above) works well though, get a rubber door stop from your local DIY, cut it down to size as needs be (about 1cm high) and bolt it on, using washers if needs be - never comes off again
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

If you went to a car wrecker and had a look around some door shuts or stops for the bonnet/hood you will find what you need. Panelshops will often have a box with a load of assorted rubber stops in.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

I made up a bracket put of 30 mm aluminium angle. Very easy. Glue a piece of fuel hose on, works a1.

One more choice for you  :)

I had the same problem with my bike and ordered a differant style of striker from webike to fix mine. I'm looking at this pn a phone and I am struggling to try and paste the link in but if you google gsx1400 striker webike - it should be one of the first returns.

I would consider taping or removing your center stand  until you fix it, mine was wearing a hole in the swingarm, I replaced the swingarm and kept the old seingarm as a spare.

I get this, problem I have is that the rubber stopper is attached to a bracket on the left hand link pipe for my Scorpion cans which I've not been able to prevent twisting so the stand hits the swing arm after a couple of uses.
I'd always assumed once I sit on the bike the stand is clear of the SA... looks like I ought to check!
The Webike bracket thing is out of stock, any alternatives?

Yes - new washer in the collector box and for the end can, when you fit that to the link pipe, squirt some clear bathroom sealant on first. This will not only seal it, but also stop it turning. Also when you come to take the end can off - if ever you do - it just falls off it you rub your hand around the link pipe.

Not sure what you mean by a new washer? You mean a gasket/seal?
Mine is just one pipe fitting over the other, with a slot which allows the outer pipe to clamp up with a jubilee clip which won't go tight enough to prevent the rotation (I've burgered a couple of clips trying!), despite making the slot a bit longer to improve the clamping.
