It's all controlled by solar cycles which has been well understood for centuries. The next big change is cooling from around 2030-2035, odd how they picked those dates to claim they'd 'saved us' isn't it?

Yes Hooli the ultra rich already rule us. They never miss a trick when it comes to putting up prices or implementing a new tax.
