03 bike cut out wont re start starts on ether and runs new pump lines fitted injectors cleaned throttle bodies gone throu found couple of frayed wires put ecu on another bike runs as normal what am I missing...........................................

Fuel pump relay? ignition switch filthy inside?

Both stop the pump running, can you hear it prime when you turn the key on?

Your description sounds like a lack of fuel, (given that it'll fire on ether) have you tried doing a fuel flow and pressure test?  I'd say it's your HP filter and or tea bag blocked.  Have you checked those bits?

Battery, unusually this bike will crank the engine but not start on a flat battery, all my others won't even crank.

Mick, once mine cranked with stuffed battery, hugest backfires you can imagine. I really thought bike was in big trouble. Enough cranking power but nothing left for spark is the answer IMO only.
