For me the Akropovic pipe means it isn't stock unless they were an option at purchase. Also Blue springs on the Rear shock, they might just be painted.
Nice looking bike though.

That'll be slower than standard due to the lack of white & excessive amounts of black.

In this case presumably the Republic of Readistan.
