I replaced my front tyre 6weeks ago & today replaced the rear with GT version of PRC6. I paid $404 Aus.
Scrubbed it in with a run over MtGlorious & back, no rain fortunately 👍👍
Felt very stable & Bobbie says suspension felt better 👍🙏🙏
We'll see how many K's we get to work out weather the cost is worth it 🙏🙏🧐🧐

Was that $404 for the rear??
I've decided to do my own tyre changes and built myself a bead breaker last week. Now I just can't wait to put newys on but I had another look and reckon there's easily another 2Gs worth of tread on the rear. I have Angel GTs on and so far 10,000 on the rear. I was thinking of Mich R6s but think now I'll just stick with the Angels, $100 cheaper as well but that's not why, I just figure the Angels have been good, had em on the Bandit as well so that's it. The R6s look good though.

Will put those Michelin R6's on next time Chris. Been happy with both the PR4's and 5's.
I understand mileage is of great concern but the real test is when you need them to perform for a second or two outside of your comfort zone.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Yes @Nic just the rear 🙀🙀

@Kiwifruit I'll monitor the mileage, however if the grip is good I don't mind paying for keeping Bobbie & I upright 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍🧐

I'm sure I'd be very happy with semi-touring tyres and less sticky ones for 95% of my riding, but the few times I either turn up the pace or things get a bit messy sticky tyres are worth it for me.

S22's are triple compound so don't chew the centres out like early sticky tyres, for now I'll just suffer their shorter life and enjoy grip that's amazing.

That's the beauty of tyres, a good range to cover many needs.
