Hi from Hervey Bay in Queensland Australia. I used to be on the old forum but it's been quite a few years since I last owned a 1400. I have just bought another and now waiting for it to arrive from the other side of Australia. It's a 2008 model with only 38000 klms. I have previously owned 2 other 1400's. My first one was the same model as I've just bought. The 2nd was an early model silver. I did quite a few mods to that one.

I know that dealer, they're about 20min from me.  Went in there once to try to buy some boots, no one bothered to even acknowledge we were there.  I personally I found their service lacking.  Nice bike though. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Sadly that is repeated in so many stealerships I have visited over the years. When you do find good service and they maintain it I keep going back. It's called loyalty and it goes both ways.
