Hagon Nitro are the replacement shocks of choice - start at £410, price goes up depending what colour springs etc you may require.

Hagon front page: https://www.hagon-shocks.co.uk/

Price List: https://www.hagon-shocks.co.uk/common/pdf/TwinShocks2022.pdf

(For reference, the standard length shock is 330mm, some vary this, some don't to raise or lower the backend)
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

New replacements YSS and Hagon seam the best at a fairly budget price .
After that your going into big money.
There's a guy on either here or one of the fudbook pages that gets a bit of a discount on YSS shocks but I'm not sure of his name .
What's wrong with the ones you've got they van be refurbished you know.
Good luck
only a slightly modified gsx1400
oh and a standard one too

Simonic

I got the Hagon Nitro Piggybacks.  They work well and look great

BlueDragon

I have the YSS and they are great.  Had them built to match my weight and with the wife and some luggage.  Fully adjustable with preload, compression and rebound.  They are slightly longer than stock, so they have the added advantage of raising the rear a little, rather than using the blocks that some people use.  Steering is quicker as a result.  Even when I ride by myself, they are not uncomfortable, I just adjust the spring preload to the proper sag and make small adjustments to the compression and rebound and its fine.

Got my stockers re built quite a few years ago, $400Aus/225 UK.Never been a problem since. Would i notice a diff with $2000 Ohlins. Ill never know, just stupid money in my world. She rides good enough for me.

GSXKING

I'm with @grog had mine rejuvenated several times over 21 years. Why stuff with something that works quite well. Front forks are due for oil replacement.  :boogie: :boogie:

I suspect all you'd notice is something else feels poor compared to them. As standard the bits of a 14 are pretty well matched so why sod about with it?
