Where in Invergarghill was that? We visited the hardware store where Burt Munroe's Indian is on display and the gift shop, I can't remember seeing those bikes though....we were there in  2018.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

So I've been in Lumsden with the grandies. Hadn't seen them in ages, we had such a great time.
Anyway left there today first stop was Queenstown
Snaps are on the way there.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

New motorcycle museum down the other end of town. Three floors of bikes will put a few more up.

Telelever from the end, awesome.  Should be more of that in GP racing....

Britten's handmade alternative front suspension is a modern redevelopment of Norman Hossack's girder/wishbone parallelogram suspension or systems designed by Claude Fior. ... But it is a girder fork nonetheless. Britten had four reasons for scrapping the proven race-quality White Power telescopic fork. @Eric GSX1400K3 for your edification.

A work of art  :hat:

@Kiwifruit  Col is there a filter in those pics or is the sky genuinely that blue ?

Snaps are on the way to Glenorchy. Anyone visiting NZ must go there. The most amazing scenery and the road is pretty good too. From Queenstown one way in and one way out. First time there for me.

Queenstown is awesome. We did the luge/Billy cart thing up on the mountain,so much fun.

Windsurfed with a guy that raced the Britten he reckons it would have been faster with conventional forks.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

No visit to Invercargill is complete without a visit to Hayes Hardware and Burt Munro's display. The car and trailer used in "The Worlds Fastest Indian" movie.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Today's ride took me from Wanaka to Cromwell about 40kms. Bikes had the most gentle weave, I was worried the wheel alignment was out. The fella there measured the alignment and said it was less than 1mm out. That was great to know so that was not the problem. He reckoned the bike was down in the front because of the load. Cranked in 3 turns of preload and said the front end on the 14 is usually too soft. Weave is gone and the bike is more precise. Happy deal  :onya:
Back to Wanaka then off to Haast and the West Coast. Got a room at Fox Glacier and now having dinner at a nice little bar. Place is usually humming  but Covids killed tourism....its perfect !!
Two photos from my pit stop at Lake Hawea.
Next two on the way to Haast taken at the same stop
Last one is of Fox Glacier main Street.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

We dis the same route, albeit in one of those godawful Britz camper homes.  Had a weave too,but that's because I wanted to chuck it off the cliff.
