Vacuum pressure

Hi fellas,
Would anyone happen to know what the manifold vacuum pressure on tick over is on our bikes...

I'm toying with the idea of fitting a blow off valve....and the spring pressure relates to the vacuum pressure in the manifold .
I just thought I'd ask if anyone knew..so I can think this idea out

Is yours a turbo 14?   T24 know about turbo's & pressures.

-15 to -20 in hg (-0.5 to -0.7 bar) depending on idle speed, cams and cam settings, if I can remember correct ( I haven't ride at all for over a year, I have some problems with my hands and shoulders)
