Slow acceleration around 5000rpm

A few weeks ago I've noticed something weird. When I accelerating more faster, especially on first gear there is normal acceleration till around 5000rpm then slows down for a bit and then continue accelerating fast. Sometimes it is more noticeable sometimes is less. Sometimes feels fine but it is happening for sure. I'm still afraid to give full throttle, but it seems to me that when I do it with close to full it doesn't. When I accelerate slowly it also doesn't. Since then I've changed the Spark Plugs, did throttle balance and it still the same. Is this normal?

Cant say I've ever noticed but I hardly ever go above 5000 rpm.  If I  remember I will try it next time out.
Keep the rubber side down.          Mick

Fuel pump  :hat:
It doesn't make sense because after passing about 5000-6000 rpm it starts accelerating fast again  :confused1:
It happens literally for a bit around 5000rpm.

 I had same problem, teabag filter was clogged with rust. Also didn't have sense, bike pulled ok above 5000 rpm :whatever:

Persizi, do external fuel filter mod, you will be impressed with difference. Heal Tech advancer and external, just a sweet bike.

Check the teabag first then work up from there. Simplest solutions first  :onya:

I cleaned the tea bag today. There was some rust but not that much as I expected. The internal condition of the tank was in surprisingly good condition. Anyways, I'm not completely sure but I think there is no more slowing down around 5000 rpm. But I'm not sure, I didn't have much chance for good test. Also I'm not sure is the cleaning the reason because I adjusted the TP sensor the same time.

@Persizi
Sounds like checking cleaning the teabag and adjusting the tps have got you sorted .
Happy days this place normally can help folk if the folk have a little patience.
Glad your sorted .

Persizi, great result. Just ride it now, 5k revs is moving along rapidly.
