I'm having some (more) fuelling problems. I've got all the pump out and the teabag looks a bit grotty.
Do i recall correctly that there is someone on this forum that supplies teabags for less than the obscene 70 odd quid from ebay?

I think I have a Kawasaki one in my bike just now but it's exactly the same .

Im going to start keeping tea bags, every fuel pump we replace at work comes with a new one. Wash them out, good as new. I can then post to anyone on here that wants one. Worth one dollar i reckon, nothing more.

Kozi, just old tea bags off cars we fit new pumps to. Once i get a few ill pull pump out of 14 and see which will work.

 I wouldn't recommend PG tips IMO the bags have a habit of splitting, I much prefer Yorkshire  :onya:

Not sure if best solution and a bit off topic but from photo can see filter was clogged with rust I soaked in Evaporust , see photo showing before , after 1hour , after 1day , worked ok for me

You could use brake cleaner and compressed air, mine was clean after 5 min and it was... :facepalm:
