Hi chaps.

Just introduced myself in the proper section, I have a "brand new" 63000 km blue GSX1400, just bought.

List of things in the TBD list
- Full brakes overhaul

Well, that's a big list of mods for something you haven't used much.  Each to their own, but if it were me, I'd be getting the feel of it before changing it.

I'd just ride it, nowt wrong with them as standard.

Then once your  happy change it if you like .

K&N filter actually flows less air than a standard Suzuki filter .
But they are reusable and of all the aftermarket aurfilters they are next best .

Mine has a least 5 extra HP with it, and it catches more dust, I can clean it and it's saved me lot's of money to buy good bikes.

I use K&N's in both our standard bikes .
Emma's is a black k6 and my red/black k5 is faster lol.
I agree they are a good option.
Easy to clean and reuse.
It was proved on a dyno in back to back tests that the original standard Suzuki filter does flow more air than any other available.
