Nearly 36 days spent on this site. No, not bored, just like it. Guess i can write whatever i want. New 14 is my latest read. Coming soon. 1700 cc motor should be good. Upside down forks with monoblock brakes also. OBD port with plug in tuning, LED headlight, 28 litre fuel tank, air adjustable seat, full ceramic coating on all parts, 20 litre under seat storage, Yoshi full system with centrestand included. Ohlins on rear, Only in blue n white trim. Sounds like a good bike to me.

1700 cc would be good indeed. :smitten:

It has ran for 50km's but started to develop both an oil leak and a huge oil mist. So tore it down and built it up as a 1402 again.

It is having some piston skirt expansion problem.
Am talking to a former Ross piston employee for some tricks and tips. The bores need a precision hone... again. And i need to work on the skirt to wall clearance on each piston which is manual labour. :cry2:

The issue i face is that i have custom pistons but still for a automotive application. They were nevered designed for an oil cooled engine. Tolerances for that are set by trial and error. Had my first error so need to up my game
Currently i think that will be on my winter chores list.

The 1402 is running again and i will but some miles on it for normal commuting .
