As Barmy said, just make sure you get this one without the sleeve to attach a hose. Done 40,000 kms with one attached in Australia and never a problem. But for once a year changes, it's not a big issue (unless you over tighten and strip the sump thread) think that has been an issue for some ?

Umm, that appears to have 2 outlets - one for the sump, one for the drain and another one... ?

Nah, that's just the mechanism.  Only an in & out through flow, you should know, you had one that fell out.

That was the stock plug mate not a fancy valve thing.

And it didn't 'fall' as you know :)

Well I did another oil change tonight & I still can't see any use for these quick drain things.

I don't see the point only time I have is when the complete system is changed and pipe is covering the drain, had this on a GPZ900R with a Kerker complete system obviously made for performance reasons and not maintenance taken into consideration. Does sound great but you guessed it, it's hanging in the shed.

God, was a while ago, think it were around NZ$275 or so.  Had to import from Japan.  Ended up getting a good 2nd hand off a wrecked K7 for $150 I think it was.   Still have the original 'repaired' one as an emergency backup, or it'll end up as decoration in the cave.

You hang up sumps, and I hang up wheels.
