I´ve got a K5 with the standard exhaust, had a Devil titanium can and didn´t notice anything different besides the deeper tone. Noticed weight every time I had to remove it, less than half of the standard. What are the real world gains with a Yoshimura tri-oval slip-on ? Saw the power and torque curves, but is it noticeable ? was thinking of the Calsport May sale. Just to confirm, comes with a stand stopper, doesn´t it mark the exhaust over time ? The Devil had the stopper soldered. Thanks.

I have just fitted my full yoshimura exhaust the difference above 4500rpm it enormous 😊😊😊 the factory headers are very restrictive

The link pipe on the factory yoshi can also has an internal reducer cutting power .
The k5 on standard headers are slightly better than the earlier ones .
Fitting a fully aftermarket system will always give more power over the whole rev range.
Some used to make unrestricted link pipes that helped but I'm not sure if they are still available.
Any changes will probably need a powercommander to help sort out the feeling as they run lean in the higher rev ranges as standard on k5 on bikes .
only a slightly modified gsx1400
oh and a standard one too

And just the slip on?  Only weight gain and different sound?
