I was going to move in there originally. It's about 30 metres from where I started building. I have water (2 x 5000 gallon tanks) a toilet (rented Portaloo) power (a transformer from the main line feeding the nearest town to my own power pole I had put in.) I did put a family size tent up inside the shed just for a bit more privacy and less wildlife!   

My wife didn't like the idea of a years camping in Summer heat and Winter cold and we ended up finding a little rental cottage that's only about 3k's / 2 miles away.

I decided to build it for my visits back to Oz as my house is rented out, back half of the block is fence off, my neighbour has access to it and looks after it. My son tells me I would get $250 a week rent for it easy, I have set it up off the grid solar power and gas.

I'm an exception to the rule then, new tenant going in near future, so the rent goes up  . Getting ready for my Aussie tax return and my 33% tax rate on every dollar
