Things have always been disruptive for the royals when Americans get involved.  The modern Mrs Wallis Simpson. Kinda sorta.

I'm no royalist, that's for sure, however, none of this is Meghans doing, if you want to point the finger, point it at the brit girls who turned Harry down. Point it at the crazy media for hounding the pair out of the country. I reckon if they'd been given a fair chance, they'd have stayed quite happily in the UK.
I feel a bit sad for them actually, being hounded out of the country.    Now if Cressida Bonas had decided to stay on as Mrs Harry, how different it would have been.

Media hounding?

Meghan has attempted to get the media to play her tune, and it hasn't worked.

She knew what she was marrying in to, and the responsibilities which came with being part of the Firm. She has chosen to try it her own way, and its not gone well.

How long the Canadians will tolerate them, and how useful Harry will be to her now he's "stepped back" from his Royal duties remains to be seen.
