Done 50k mls/year since 1996. First 12yrs suffered badly with road rage, rising to the bait, tailgating etc..Then got caught speeding, v. close to being banned.
Wake up call I needed, now just let the twats pass me by.
I think age may be a factor or realizing the futility of reacting , 99% of the time..

Age is the factor I agree. Seems in my younger days I was the twat that would have passed you. Amazing the circle things take.

My old man had a few credible philosophies , one of which was 'i'd prefer him in front than behind me, so i can keep an eye on him'.  The great thing about being on a bike with the power of a 14 is that you choose your time and sweep past.

Patience is the word. Getting wound up doesn't stop your family mourning, so go oneupmanship and give him/her a lesson in good driving.

My Dad used to say this too.
Let them run out of talent where they won't affect you.

Had an idiot brake-checking me the other day, and generally being an arsehole. Moving over to stop me filtering etc.
At the first safe opportunity I got in front of him... but waaaaaay the hell in front of him - about a kilometre I reckon.  :rofl:

I'm sure we've all suffered this, obviously bikes are bound to halt the progress of car drivers. We need a wanker imogee I think
