Hi guys, doing some engine modelling... done a bit of looking and have found everything BUT what I need.

I'm needing:

1. Throttle body inlet size (I saw 44mm OD, but need ID)
2. Primary and secondary throttle butterfly size (both 34mm?)
3. Head inlet adaptor to head ID at inlet from throttlebody, and ID at outlet to head.
4. Stock inlet valve diametwe
5. Stock exhaust valve diameter

Great thanks to anyone who has this information or is able to measure for me.

Quote1. Throttle body inlet size (I saw 44mm OD, but need ID)

Towards airbox: 43.2 OD; 37.6 ID
Towards engine: 47.8 OD; 33.4 ID; 19.4 Base of semi-circle (cut-out path for injector)

Quote2. Primary and secondary throttle butterfly size (both 34mm?)
Obviously different from each other. See above for an approximation.

The other measurements will be forthcoming piece by piece in days, months, years :whatever:

Great start, thank you! Have a mate doing electronic modelling of engine setup for me so I can calculate out best runner dimensions and plenum volume (turbo) and need all these figures :)

So yes just hoping to find intake and exhaust valve sizes.

Also interested in stock cam specs, I have Yoshi ST-1 now but the old dyno sheets we are working with are before cams so kinda need those figures. Have been through a couple of manuals and haven't found it yet.

A chap called Kannerdog would probably know all this stuff off the top of his head as would AlphaDave or Halibag, but they either no longer frequent this place or never did - (old org)

However, Sir David Barmy may be able to obtain Halibags details.   @gsxbarmy
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

I would suggest pm'ing Halibag direct - if you look him up on members, then there is the option there to send a pm to him.
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement
